As this is our first Kickstarter, we’ve opted to keep things simple in order to get the game manufactured and finished to a high standard quickly.

GAME: Is Vanguard: Normandy part of a series?
If this Kickstarter is successful, we intend to use the system to rollout expansion packs covering the entire theatre of WW2, from the hot deserts of North Africa to the frozen cities of Russia.
The first expansion will likely be adding the British and Germany’s Luftwaffe and Fallschirmjäger to the Normandy campaign.

UK:
VAT will be charged in the Pledge Manager.
EU:
VAT will be charged in the Pledge Manager.
USA:
Sales tax will be including in your pledge.
Canada:
General Sales Tax will be charged in the Pledge Manager.
Australia + New Zealand:
No taxes are charged to this region.
Rest of the World:
Your pledge will ship from the US or China, depending on which hub gives us the better rates. Taxes may be due on your pledge, paid at the point of delivery. Please email us for an invoice if you haven’t received one after receiving your shipping notice.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
You are responsible for any import taxes or other duties of the country you selected for delivery, unless we explicitly stated on the campaign page that customs-free shipping will be provided in that region. We cannot issue refunds for orders that could not be delivered due to unpaid import taxes on the recipient's end.
In the event of a delivery failure where a reshipment is requested, you accept that we may, at our discretion, charge you for the cost of reshipment if the delivery failure was a result of the following reasons: if the address provided was incorrect or out-of-date, if the address was that of a PO box, or if the failure was due to an absent /uncontactable recipient. You must provide a secure address for delivery; we cannot be held responsible for theft of your parcel after delivery to your given address.
We will replace missing or damaged gameplay components. Box replacements will be assessed on a case-by case basis and such replacements will be entirely at our discretion; we will not replace game boxes with minor cosmetic imperfections.
You may request a pledge cancellation, but now that the Kickstarter campaign is over, please note that we will deduct 15% for Kickstarter, pledge manager and payment processing fees.
The final date for cancellation and refunds is when the pledge manager closes, and you’ll be warned in advance that this is going to happen. Refunds will not be issued after this time.
